Add an item:
- Log in to the Admin Portal (AP)
- In the menu on the left side, go to Data Management> Items
- Click on New Item
- Fill out the following under the General information tab:
- Item ID (Unique name/number)
- Name
- Select consumable/durable
- Status: released (Visible on SFI)
- Fill out the following under the Supplier tab:
- Vendor (browse available vendors)
- Order code (vendors unique name/number)
- Purchase price
- Purchase package quantity
Optional: Add an image to the item
- Go to the Documents tab
- Click the plus sign
- Use the following:
- Name
- Reference type: internal
- Document type: image
- File: the image to use
- Show on SFI: checked
