DC100 - Overview

The SmartSupply DC 101 M is a vending type machine built to dispense tools and other items. The solution is easily configured through the intuitive software and is a market leader in terms of flexibility and configurability. Due to its mode of action of "pushing" items into the pickup bin, it is best suited to the dispensing of boxed items.

SmartSupply DC 101 will work well with high volume or few articles but really comes into its own where there are many different articles to keep track of and dispense.

It comes with 10 shelves and 150 dividers as standard, but additional shelves and dividers can be purchased as add-ons to a maximum of 28 shelves and 840 slots capable of holding 420 unique articles.

The DC 101 M is the main unit, containing the control box, high-quality touch screen, barcode scanner, and RFID reader. It can be completed with the additional DC 101 E expansion unit which must be connected to the main unit DC 101 M.

Restocking is made ergonomic and easy by turning the hinged display so it faces into the cabinet while using the barcode scanner, keyboard, and mouse available inside the cabinet. The cabinet is self-learning and will build up the SmartSupply stock structure based on the placement of dividers and shelves. To change the storage configuration, simply adjust the physical dividers and run a rescan and the stock structure will be automatically updated.
