To understand that a part is complete and for performance tracking, the part counter (Work counter) on the machine has to increment. On Matsuura, the machine will increment the part counter when it comes to the end of the program and encounters M30. When running continuously to make multiple parts, the M30 code is usually ignored with an optional stop, thus an added M31 code at the end of the program will increment the counter without stopping the machine.
If you cannot edit your post processor, then you may adjust settings on the FANUC control to increment the work counter on an M99, which returns to the beginning of the program. Consult your FANUC control's parameter manual for instructions.
