For both an on-premise and the online solution, the customer needs to prepare an excel sheet with the users, products and allocation codes that will be used during the installation.
We recommend that you prepare a power outlet and internet connections that will be used.
For the on-premise solution, the customer needs to prepare one of their own servers and network. Make sure there is someone from the IT-department at the customer available to assist during installation.
