To set up downtime reasons, it's often easier to have a basic list of items to base the discussion on when coming up with the customer specific downtime reasons as some may be relevant and others might not while some may be missing all together.
Bare in mind that once a downtime reason has been added, it cannot be removed because of the system's use of historical data etc.
