Tasks can be triggered manually from the Admin Portal under the Administration > Tasks.
All tasks are set up to be run at a scheduled interval:
- 10 minutes
- 1 Hour
- 2 Hours
- 6 Hours
Only when there is a need for a task to be run instantly should it be used. I.e A lot of changes been made, a demo is being presented or there is an urgency in getting the tasks done.
Every 10 minutes
- Check scripts to be started and active orders for integration
Every 1 hour
- Generate data for Raw report
- Generate critical levels
- Generate the latest picks
- Check serialized items for service and auto scrap
Every 2 hours
- Recalculate Access control list (When new users are created or when Product access groups or user rights are changed they will not immediately be sent to all Shop Floor Interfaces)
- Materialize cost allocation structures (When structures or objects are added or changed)
- Recalculate item standard cost* (System recalculates but still not implemented until manual or by system setting interval)
- Recalculate matching items (Checks the ISO interface code against other items within the database and add-relation when a match exists)
Every 6 hours
- All other reports-relation when a match exists
