User group tabs

In the details view of each user group you have, this is where you will change the defaults for that group. 

Don't forget you can then change each individual group member settings to override these!

Below you see the layout of the tabs. Here you will see the explanation for each one. Further instruction for each can be found in the different subject sections, e.g invoicing or reports

General Information - Admin Portal Privileges - Shop Floor Interface Privileges

General Information

This tab specifies the basic information and privileges of the user group

AP Privileges

This tab contains those settings and permissions pertaining to the Admin Portal application only

AP General Privileges

AP System Settings Privileges

 SFI Privileges

This tab contains those settings and permissions pertaining to the Shop Floor Interface only

Note: Revoking all SFI privileges will result in no actions available for the user on the Shop Floor Interface!

Data Access - Users - Product Access Groups - Cost Allocation Access

Data Access

Data Access enables or restricts the user group from accessing certain objects. If any restrictions are enabled (Access only to selected xxx) then the administrator needs to specify those objects allowed.

A tick in  "Allow access only to selected XXXX" will only allow access for any objects specifically listed below that selection. All other objects in that group will be hidden. To enable access to all objects again, uncheck the same check box and save user group.

Stock Access

Restricts access to selected stocks. All devices from stocks not selected will be inaccessible from the Admin Portal and the user cannot log into the SFI on these devices

Device Access

Restricts access to selected devices. All devices not selected will be inaccessible from Admin portal and user cannot log to SFI on these devices.

Report Access

Restricts access to selected reports. All reports not selected will be inaccessible from Admin portal. 

Vendor Access

Restricts access to selected vendors. All vendors not selected, items assigned to these vendors and all orders/lists related to vendors not selected will be inaccessible from AP and SFI. 

User Group Access

Restricts access to selected user groups. All user groups not selected will be inaccessible from AP.
