User Groups - Data Access Tab

Admin portal version 1.25 or higher 

Quick navigation: Administration > User management > Select User group

Data Access enables or restricts the user group from accessing certain objects. An object can be a device, a stock, a user group, a vendor or a report. A tick in Allow access only to selected ... will only allow access for any objects specifically listed. All other objects in that group will be hidden. To enable access to all objects again, uncheck the same checkbox and save the user group.

Stock Access

Restricts access to selected stocks. All devices from stocks not selected will be inaccessible from the Admin Portal and the user cannot log into the SFI on these devices

Device Access

Restricts access to selected devices. All devices not selected will be inaccessible from the Admin portal and the user cannot log in to the SFI on these devices.

Report Access

Restricts access to selected reports. All reports not selected will be inaccessible from the Admin portal. 

Vendor Access

Restricts access to selected vendors. All vendors not selected, items assigned to these vendors and all orders/lists related to vendors not selected will be inaccessible from the Admin portal and SFI. 

User Group Access

Restricts access to selected user groups. All user groups not selected will be inaccessible from Admin Portal.
