There are 18 standard reports that come with the system. Standard reports cannot be deleted. All reports that are customisable can be saved as copies of standard reports, those will have a name ending with (custom). 

Standard reports display the data in either a graphic or tabular form. Which one is being used can be seen in the Type column.
