After numerous interviewing, we provide thorough data collection and analysis.

We deliver a comprehensive picture of the performance of the production unit structured around machining processes, manufacturing systems, and the manufacturing environment

This includes quantified improvement opportunities in EUR or % (defect or capacity release) and recommendations on how to drive the change. This report is backed by solid data and allows you to prioritize and focus teams towards quick wins and long term-sustainable performance.

Implementation

Based on the evaluation of the production unit’s performance, our experts will define and drive a roadmap to deliver the results. One or several experts will be part-time or full time on-site for a duration of several weeks to drive change with your teams through training, planning, onsite implementation, solution design and coaching all based on robust in-house developed methods.
