When you make changes to anything on the Admin Portal, those changes will be reflected on the SFI (Shop Floor Interface) when the portal synchronises. It does this every 15 minutes (unless a user has changed it). If you would like a change to be refelcted immediately, you are able to force a synchronisation to enable changes to be immediate (few moments for SFI to update)
Admin Portal > Data Management > Devices
- Select the device you wish to update and double click
- Once the details are opened, look across the top and you will see the force synchronisation tab
- Click once on that. After a short wait, a green box will indicate that the synchronisation has taken place. Very shortly after that, the SFI will complete its synchronisation too.
