Our software is hosted at Microsoft Azure in West Europe Datacenters. The URL we use is secopoint.secotools.com, on IP address 20.126.145.37.

The devices in your workshop will connect to the admin portal for uploading and downloading information. The synchronization interval is 15 minutes. We use standard HTTPS for communication on port 443.
 
The following port must be enabled for outgoing communication to allow communication and synchronization with the Admin Portal installed in the cloud:
• Protocol: HTTPS
• Port: 443
 
For the default SMTP server of Cloud Admin Portal, the following address and port should be whitelisted in order to allow sending emails:
• Address: smtp.sendgrid.net
• Port: 587

The following address and port must be enabled for outgoing communication to allow communication with the Management portal and API platform (Cloud and On-premise):
• Protocol: HTTPS
• URL: mma.cribwise.com
• Port: 443

On-premise specifics

On-premise installations need to have additional ports open for the Admin Portal, BI, and API:

Communication between SFI and AP:

Bi interface:

• Port: 8080

ERP API:

• Protocol: HTTPS
• Port: 44333

It’s strongly recommended that you keep the devices on a separate VLAN or isolated from any other devices on the network. There is no need to give access to anything else than the internet and previously mentioned addresses and protocols.
 
A device cannot communicate with the portal unless it has a Secret, the Device ID, and the portal address. A device can only communicate through the network connection with that MAC address that was used the first time, if the network connection is changed then you have to actively accept the new connection on the admin portal for the communication to start again.
 
There is no connection to Active Directory available at the moment.

The Windows version is different for different machines.
